This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator by a period of 03 months.

Disputes having arisen between the parties in relation to Service Agreement dated 24.11.2014, Petitioner filed a petition under Section 11(6) of 1996 Act in this Court being ARB.P. 375/2023 seeking appointment of a Sole Arbitrator, which was allowed vide order dated 03.08.2023. With the consent of the parties, the mandate of the Arbitrator was extended upto 21.08.2025, the initial mandate having expired. that award has been reserved for pronouncement and since the mandate has expired, the same be extended to enable the Arbitrator to pass the award. 5.

Issue notice.

Ms. Kirtika Mukesh Bura, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent and on instructions, submits that Respondent has no objection to the extension of mandate of the Arbitrator. 7.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended by 03 months from 22.08.2025. 8.

Petition is allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
