This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator. 4.

Counsel for the Petitioner submits that mandate of the learned Arbitrator has been extended from time to time by this Court and lastly upto 17.08.2025 in O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 332/2025 vide order dated 17.04.2025. Respondent No. 1 has furnished some additional documents to O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 693/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the Chartered Accountant appointed by the learned Arbitrator for settlement of accounts and final report is pending. On 13.08.2025, parties have requested the Arbitrator to adjourn the proceedings in order to secure a firm offer from a suitable buyer for sale of partnership assets. Earlier, an interim award was passed by the learned Arbitrator. Since the mandate has expired, the same be extended so that proceedings can be concluded and award can be passed.

Learned counsels, as above, accept notice on behalf of the respective Respondents and on instructions, submit that Respondents have no objection to the extension of mandate of the Arbitrator. 7.

Accordingly with the consent of the parties, mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended by a period of 06 months from 18.08.2025. 8.

Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
