In view of the terms of the settlement agreement dated 31.05.2024, which has been duly reduced to writing, the Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the instant petitions.

The Court also takes cognizance of the agreement reached between the parties concerning the extension of the date 30.09.2024 as mentioned in paragraph No.15 of the settlement agreement dated 31.05.2024. Accordingly, the said date shall now be read as 30.11.2024. 5.

Let the decree be drawn in terms of the settlement agreement dated 31.05.2024.
