In view of above and in view of reasons mentioned in captioned petition, the captioned petition stands allowed and let the witnesses mentioned in the prayer clause of the captioned petition be summoned through all permissible modes before the learned Arbitrator with complete summoned records, if any, on taking steps by the applicant/petitioner within two weeks from today. It is clarified that the diet money to the witness/es shall be borne by the petitioner and be payable at the spot. Accordingly, the captioned petition stands disposed of.
