% 24.07.2017 Learned counsel for petitioner states that petitioner has challenged the Division Bench‟s order before the Supreme Court and the same is likely to be listed next week.

However, this Court is of the view that as the petitioner had sufficient time to approach the Apex Court, the present case cannot be adjourned any further.

Consequently, in view of the order dated 03rd March, 2016 passed in CS(OS) 822/2011 as well as the order of the Division bench dated 03rd October, 2016 passed in FAO(OS) 103/2016, present transfer petition and pending applications are dismissed and the interim orders stand vacated.
