The present application is filed seeking interim bail on medical grounds in FIR No. 331/2022 dated 14.02.2022, registered at Police Station Mahendra Park, for offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.
The medical status report field by the concerned Jail Superintendent indicates that the applicant has been suffering from serious medical ailments. The same are mentioned as under: "It is submitted that as per the available medical records inmate/patient is a suffering from Cystic Fibrosis (Lungs), Bleeding PR with constipation and Pulmonary Koch's (TB) and is under regular follow up and treatment from AIIMS Hospital, Safdarjung Hospital, Dr. BSA Hospital, Jail visiting specialist doctors and jail duty doctors CJ-10 dispensary Rohini, Delhi."

The nominal roll indicates that the applicant has been in custody for more than three years. It is pointed out that public witnesses have already been examined and the applicant had not misused the liberty granted to him on an earlier occasion. 4.

applicant's ailments as noted above, this Court considers it apposite to grant interim bail to the applicant for a period of four weeks, on furnishing a personal bond for a sum of ₹20,000/- with two sureties of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/ Link MM/ Duty MM, on the following conditions:
a. The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case or tamper with the evidence of the case, in any manner whatsoever; b. The applicant shall, upon his release, provide the address where he would be residing after the release and shall not change the address without informing the concerned IO/ SHO;
c. The applicant shall, upon his release, give his mobile number to the concerned IO/SHO and shall keep his mobile phone switched on at all times;
d. The applicant shall not leave the boundaries of the country;
e. The applicant shall mark his presence once every week on Friday before the Investigating Officer. 5.
The applicant is directed to surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent upon the expiry of period of interim bail. 6.
