After some hearing, Mr. Arun Meitri, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Appellate Tribunal for Municipal Corporation of Delhi ["ATMCD"] to seek all available grounds on law and facts. 2.

The petition, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
