The instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:- "A. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus. directing and commanding the respondent Nos. l And 2 to decide the complaint No. N202324014027087 dated 18.03.2024 (ANNEXURE P-5) filed by the Petitioner in a time-bound manner; and B. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the Respondent Nos. l And 2 to grant an opportunity of personal hearing to the Petitioner before deciding its complaint; and C. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent Nos. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, without pressing the matter on merits prayed for issuance of direction to the respondent nos.1 and 2 to expeditiously decide the complaint which is pending before respondent no.2 since 18th March, 2024. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that respondent no.2 has already taken into consideration the aforesaid complaint and the same would be decided expeditiously.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, respondent nos.1 and 2 as well as perused the contents made in the instant petition. 5.

Since learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent nos.1 and 2 fairly conceded on instructions that the complaint dated 18th March, 2024 is under active consideration of the authority concerned and the same would be decided expeditiously, the instant petition is disposed of, directing respondent no.2 to decide the complaint by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law, after giving personal hearing to the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within three weeks.
