W.P.(CRL) 564/2017 Show cause notice be issued to the respondent. Learned ASC for the State accepts notice. Status report has been filed which is taken on record. Address of the petitioner has been verified. Petitioner seeks parole in order to attend marriage ceremony of his niece, which is scheduled for 28th February, 2016. Reception is stated to be scheduled for 3rd March, 2017. Though, petitioner's brother is on parole; yet keeping in mind that petitioner's niece is getting married; it is ordered that petitioner be released on parole on 26th February, 2017 for one week, i.e., till 4th March, 2017,
subject to furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. Petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent on 5th March, 2017. Application is disposed of.
