Petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking quashing of FIR No. 0290/2022 registered under Sections 323/354(C) IPC and Section 12 of POCSO Act at P.S. Ranjit Nagar, Delhi and all the proceedings emanating therefrom in terms of the Settlement Deed dated 06.08.2025.

The parties are present in person.

After some arguments, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permissions to withdraw the present Petition. 4.
