aside/quashing of the impugned order dated 04.08.2025, passed by the learned Additional and Sessions Judge, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi in Criminal Revision bearing Nos. 345/2025 to 354/2025 titled as "Dinesh Kumar Trivedi & Anr vs State & Anr" upholding the order dated 24.05.2025, passed by the learned. Judicial Magistrate (First Class)-01, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi in CC Nos. 53629/2016, 53505/2016, 53504/2016, 53507/2016, 53506/2016, 53628/2016, 53508/2016, 53503/2016, 53510/2016, 53509/2016. Vide order dated 24.05.2025, learned JMFC had dismissed two applications filed by the petitioners, one seeking recall of petitioners for recording their statements as defence witnesses with the further permission to tender the documents i.e. the ledger statements pertaining to petitioner no. 1 company, and another application seeking summoning of liquidator and one Mr. Mahcndcr Vijaywardi along with certain ledger accounts/documents.

As reported by the Registry, reply on behalf of respondent no. 2 has been filed in CRL.M.C. 5942/2025.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 2 stated that the reply filed in CRL.M.C. 5942/2025 be considered as his reply in all the connected matters i.e., CRL.M.C. 5937/2025, CRL.M.C. 5938/2025, CRL.M.C. 5939/2025, CRL.M.C. 5940/2025, CRL.M.C. 5941/2025, CRL.M.C. 5943/2025, CRL.M.C. 5944/2025, CRL.M.C. 5945/2025, CRL.M.C. 5946/2025. Let the same be taken on record. 4.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that he has received the copy of reply filed by the respondent no. 2. 5.

order dated 26.09.2025. However, the same have not been filed. Let the same be filed, at least two days prior to the next date of hearing. 7.
During the course of the arguments, the learned counsel for respondent no. 2 stated that he will have no objection in case the petitioners will conclude their evidence within a period of one month, and no adjournment will be sought by them before the learned Trial Court. 8.
Considering the submissions made before this Court, both the applications filed before the learned JMFC under Section 311 of Cr.P.C. are allowed, however, it is clarified that no adjournment shall be sought by the petitioners.

The learned Trial Court is also directed to ensure that no adjournment is granted to the petitioners even if sought and appropriate orders are passed in case adjournment is sought by them. The learned Trial Court will also ensure that the evidence is concluded by the petitioners within a period of one month after the date fixed before the learned Trial Court i.e., 31.10.2025; therefore, the evidence shall be concluded within the month of November, 2025 itself.

In view of the above, the present petitions along with pending applications are disposed of with the above directions. 11.
