% 11.01.2019 Learned counsel for Ms. Manju Nim Chhaya, LR of defendant No. 1 present in the Court submits that she has come from Canada to attend to this hearing and the disputes between Ms. Manju Nim Chhaya and her brother, Mr. Dalip Nim who is also present in Court, be sent to the mediation and a senior mediator be appointed to take up this matter today itself. List before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 11th January, 2019 at 4:00 PM. Ms. Manju Nim Chhaya and Mr. Dalip Nim shall remain present before the Learned Mediator. Ms. Veena Ralli, Advocate is requested to mediate between the parties.
