W.P.(C) 1714/2018 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:

"In view of the above mentioned facts and circumstances and in the interest of justice, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon‟ble Court may kindly be pleaded to:- a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction(s) thereby directing the respondents to decide his representation/complaint dated 04/01/2018 and posted on 05/01/2018.

b) Any other relief(s) which this Hon‟ble Court may deem fit and proper in light of the facts and circumstances of the present case, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents, as per law, in the

interest of justice."

I note the complaint is at page 15 of the paper book. Mr. Mohd. Faisal, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 on advance notice states that the representation shall be disposed of within two weeks from today. The statement is taken on record. If the petitioner is still aggrieved by the order to be passed, the petitioner shall be at liberty to seek such remedy as available in law. The writ petition is disposed of.
