The Surety Bond has been filed on 07.03.2019 by Mr. Rajan Thukral where he has given a surety regarding the administration of the estate by Mr.Rajat Khanna. Mr. Rajan Thukral is present in person in court. He has confirmed that he has executed the Surety Bond dated 07.03.2019. The Surety Bond is accordingly accepted.

Mr.Rajat Khanna is also present in person and accepts that he has signed the Administration Bond.

The application is allowed.
