that no appeal lies against an order of the Disciplinary Authority regarding the change of the Inquiry Officer, and referred to the Regulation 17 of the Punjab National Bank Officer Employees' (Discipline and Appeal) Regulations, 1977, which provides for an appeal only against an order imposing a penalty on an officer. 5.
After some hearing, Mr. Shanker Raju, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to take up the point afresh, in the event the disciplinary proceedings are ultimately decided against the petitioner. 6.
The writ petition, alongwith the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn, in terms of the above.
