In terms of the said status report, respondents no.2 and 3 have preferred appeals before the Appellate Tribunal MCD ('ATMCD') against the demolition orders passed by MCD.

ATMCD has granted interim protection to the respondents no.2 and 3 vide orders dated 7th November, 2025 and 25th February, 2026, respectively. 4.
