The present petition has been filed by petitioner seeking following reliefs:

"(a) direct the Respondent No.2 to Update / Correct / Rectify the details & documents of the Petitioner Institution, as shown / available in the list of recognised institution being maintained by the Respondent No.2 on its website, qua the B.Ed. course; and (b) consequently, direct the Respondent No.2 to communicate the Updated / Corrected / Rectified Details & Documents, to the Petitioner Institution, its Affiliating Body, and the State Department of Higher Education; so as to enable the Petitioner Institution to participate in the ongoing counselling process" 2.

On the last date of hearing, i.e., 26.08.2025, Mr. Mohinder J.S. Today, he has come back with instructions. He submits that necessary correction in the File No., Intake, Course Name as well as the recognition status of the College will be carried out and necessary intimation in that behalf will be given to the affiliating university, within a day. 4.

The statement is taken on record and respondents shall remain bound by the same.

In view of the above, no further orders are called for in the present petition.
