By order dated 04th March 2024, this Court had already taken into account the facts and circumstances of the matter. The terms of the Certificate of Vending ("COV") did not allow squatting in a particular place and the terms and conditions of the COV must be followed. 2.

As regards the release of the confiscated goods is concerned, it was noted that the petitioner had to visit the office of the Administrative Officer in Keshav Puram Zone for the release of goods.

Accordingly, it is up to the petitioner to approach the Administrative Officer, Keshav Puram for the release of goods and the same may be released, subject to any applicable cost being paid.
