She submits, on instructions, that the petition and the application filed therewith may be dismissed as withdrawn, the request, however, being that the parties may be referred to Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre so that the possibility of amicable resolution of the dispute may be explored. The counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits her agreement.

The parties are referred to Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre where they may appear at 3.30 p.m. on 30.05.2018. The mediation centre shall make a report of the result of the process to the concerned family court.
