M.A. No. 3082/2017 (Stay) At the outset learned counsel for the petitioners states that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition and the application with liberty to take the pleas before the learned Trial Court. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioner No.2 is not a resident of Delhi and he will file an application seeking exemption from appearance before the learned Trial Court. Needless to state that when the pleas taken in the petition are taken before the learned Trial Court and the application seeking permanent personal exemption from appearance are filed before the learned Trial Court, the same will be decided in accordance with law by the learned Trial CRL.M.C. 728/2017
