The matter is taken up today as the date fixed, i.e. 02.03.2026 was declared a holiday vide notification no. 64/G-4/Genl.-I/DHC dated 27.02.2026.

None appears for the petitioner even on the second call. 3.

This petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "a. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing and setting aside the suspension order dated 03.06.2025 passed by the Respondents under Rule 10(1)(a) of the CCS (CCA) Rules, 1965;

b. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to immediately reinstate him in service at his present posting at HQ CE (P) Yojak with all consequential benefits, including but not limited to restoration of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Mr. Balendu Shekhar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner namely Mr. Subhash Chandra was suspended along with one Mr. Pramod Kumar, Executive Engineer (Civil) vide order dated 17.02.2026.

He submits, in so far as the suspension of Mr. Pramod Kumar is concerned the same has been upheld by this Court vide order dated 24.02.2026 in W.P.(C) 12975/2025.

He states that, since the petitioner herein is similarly placed as Mr. Pramod Kumar this petition be dismissed.

We are of the view that for parity of reasons, the suspension of the petitioner herein needs to be upheld. We accordingly dismiss the petition as being without any merit.

Pending applications, if any, are disposed of as infructuous. V.
