1. Affidavit of service has been filed.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states at bar that the copy of the petition was duly supplied to the learned counsel appearing for the respondent on 11.09.2024. However, despite service, none has chosen to appear.

3. The present petition has been filed for transfer of matrimonial case bearing HMA no. 470/2018 under section 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act titled as Yogesh Bajaj v. Neha Bajaj pending before the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the following litigations between the parties are pending before Dwarka Court:- a) Petition under section 12 of the PWDV Act b) FIR bearing no. 0921/2020 registered at P.S. c) Execution criminal no. 258/2023 in Domestic Violence Act.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is undergoing several ailments and has also undergone biopsy.

Since the other proceedings are pending before Dwarka Court and the respondent has chosen not to appear, the matrimonial case bearing HMA no. 470/2018 under section 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act titled as Yogesh Bajaj vs Neha Bajajis withdrawn from the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi and assigned to Principal Judge, Family Court, South-West, Dwarka Courts, Delhi.

7. The Principal Judge, Family Court, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi is directed to send the entire records of the case to the Principal Judge, Family Court, South-West, Dwarka Courts, Delhi.

8. Copy of this order be sent to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi for information and compliance.

9. Both the parties are directed to appear before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, South-West, Dwarka Courts, Delhi on 03.03.2025.

10. The present petition along with pending application, stands disposed of.
