The matter was passed over since there was no appearance even at the first call.

Learned ASC has taken this Court through the status report dated 04.10.2024 and the Vigilance report of North-West dated 05.02.2021. 4.
He states that the Petitioner has also approached the Court of the learned MM under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. which is still pending. 5.
The relevant portion of the vigilance report reads as under: - 'After perusal of the video footages and statements recorded of the persons present at the spot at the time of incident the allegations of molestation by Mrs. Renu Jain, Minakshi Chandok, Sangeeta Patel seems afterthought, false and baseless which are just to mislead the investigation. provided by the complainant that Mr. Sunil Jain thrashed Mrs. Jasvinder kaur as well as Palvinder Singh and Mrs. Jasvinder kaur got unconscious who was taken to Fortis hospital, Shalimar Bagh whose MLC no. is 294/20 of 26/08/20.'

He states that FIR No. 94/2021 P.S. Keshav Puram, charge-sheet stands filed and the matter is at the stage of framing of charges before the Trial Court.

Having perused the contents of the status report and the findings fo the Vigilance, this Court finds no merit in the present writ petition and the same is dismissed.
