The present Petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 [hereinafter referred to as "CPC"] against the order dated 01.08.2025 passed by learned DJ-04, South District, Saket Courts, New Delhi [hereinafter referred to as "Impugned Order"]. By the Impugned Order, the Application under Order XXVI Rule 9 of the CPC filed by the Respondent has been allowed by the learned Trial Court. The challenge in the present Petition is to the said application. 4.
