This matter has been placed before me on account of an Office Note dated 3.8.2018.

I am informed that the captioned OMP i.e. OMP(COMM) No.130/2017, has already been disposed of by a coordinate Bench by virtue of an order dated 9.7.2018. Since, this fact was not known and the parties were not represented on 9.7.2018, I had posted the captioned petition along with OMP (I) No.261/2015 to 27.09.2018.

In view of the fact that the captioned OMP has already been disposed of, no further orders are called for in respect of the same. 4.

Consequently, the date already given in the matter by me i.e. 27.09.2018, shall stand cancelled.
