The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "a. Initiate contempt of Court proceeding against the respondents/contemnors for willfully and deliberately disobeying the direction vide order dated 10.07.2025 in civil writ petition (C) No.9481/2025 case titled as "Brijesh Kumar vs Govt.of NCT of Delhi & Ors passed by this Hon'ble Court and punish the Contemnors accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law, if available, before the Court of competent jurisdiction. 4.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
