The present petition under Section 24 of the CPC seeks following prayers:- "In view of the facts and circumstances stated above, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to transfer Execution Petition No. 90/2023 in CS (COMM) No. 61/2020, titled "Ajay Vashisht v. Ravi Kumar Bhalla", currently pending before the Hon'ble Court of Ms. Preeti Agrawal Gupta, District Judge (Commercial Court), North-West District, Rohini, to the competent court at North District, Rohini, Delhi in the interest of justice."

The petitioner/decree holder had filed Execution Petition No.90/2023 in CS(COMM) 61/2020 which is pending adjudication before the Court of learned District Judge (Commercial Court)-01, North-West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi, for execution of decree dated 18.09.2021 passed by learned District Judge, (Commercial Court)-01, South-East District, Saket Courts, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

In the said execution petition, the petitioner filed an application under Order XXI Rule 37 read with Section 151 of the CPC seeking arrest of the respondent/judgment debtor.

Learned Execution Court/District Judge (Commercial Court)-01, North-West, Rohini, Delhi, vide order 04.04.2025 had observed as under: - 6.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the respondent is primarily residing at the address in Rohini which falls within the jurisdiction of North District. It is further submitted that the learned Execution Court, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
North-West District, has, in the aforesaid order, observed that the second address of the respondent is beyond the jurisdiction of the said Court and therefore, in the interest of justice and for effective execution of the decree drawn in favour of the petitioner, it is expedient that the Execution Petition, Execution (Comm.)/90/2023 is transferred to the concerned learned District Judge (Commercial Court), North District, Rohini Court, having territorial jurisdiction over the address of the respondent's residence. 7.
Learned counsel for the respondent/judgment debtor has appeared and fairly submitted that she has no objection, if the aforesaid execution petition is transferred to North District, Delhi.

In view thereof, Execution Petition, Execution (Comm.)/90/2023, pending before the Court of learned District Judge (Commercial Court)-01, North-West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi, is transferred to the Principal District Judge, North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi, who shall assign the same to the Commercial Court of competent jurisdiction. Let the records of the said petition be transferred to the concerned Court within a period of 10 days. Parties are directed to appear before the concerned Court accordingly. 9.
With the aforesaid direction, the present petition is disposed of. 10.
Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly. 11.
Copy of the order be sent to the learned Principal District Judge, North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi, for necessary information and compliance. 12.
