The accused/applicant seeks interim bail in case FIR No. 338/2024 of PS Safdarjung Enclave for offence under Section 109(1)/110/191(2)/191(3) /3(5) BNS & 25/27 Arms Act.

The copy of FIR filed as Annexure P2 is FIR No. 151/2025 of PS Safdarjung Enclave for offence under Section 21 NDPS Act. 3.

None has appeared for the accused/applicant to explain the case in which this interim bail application has been filed. 4.

Further, it appears from Annexure P1 that an interim bail application on same grounds was earlier filed before the Court of Sessions and the same was withdrawn with liberty to file afresh. But instead of filing fresh application before the Court of Sessions, the accused/applicant has approached this Court.
