The challenge in this petition is to an order dated 02.07.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in CM APPL. 37776/2025 and CM APPL. 15792/2025 in Writ Petition (C) No. 3351/2025, dismissing an application for appropriate direction.

Learned Single Judge primarily relying upon the judgment of the Apex Court in Secretary, State of Karnataka and Ors. vs. Uma Devi and Ors, (2006) 4 SCC 1, and other judgments, held that prima facie the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Appellants are not entitled to regularization and the interim stay. 3.

It is the case of the Appellants that they have been working in the organization for the last 16 years approximately with the sword of damocles hanging on their heads and that resultantly, they have already been removed for which they are in the process of approaching the competent court for an appropriate relief. He, therefore, prays that in the light of the peculiar facts of the instant case, especially when even before the ink on the order refusing interim relief is dry, the Appellants were terminated, and therefore, the Writ Petition is to be heard expeditiously. The prayer of the learned Counsel for the Appellant is a reasonable and a genuine one. Not only the Appellants but the families of the Appellants are being affected. 4.

In view of the special circumstances of this case, learned Single Judge is requested to consider an application for early hearing as and when and if and when is filed by the Appellants and hear the writ petition expeditiously. 5.

It is made clear that no observations have been made on the merits of the case.
