The present Appeal has been filed by the Appellants under Order XLIII Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 [hereinafter referred to as the "CPC"] read with Section 10 of the Delhi High Court Act, 1966 and Chapter II Rule 2 of the Delhi High Court (Original Side) Rules, 2018 assailing the correctness of the order dated 25.07.2025 passed in CS(OS) 470/2019 captioned Raj Vidya Kender (RVK) & Anr. vs. Satya Prakash Ravidas & Ors. 2.

The order dated 25.07.2025 reads as under:

"1. This application is filed by the Plaintiffs under Sections 2(b), 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiating contempt proceedings against Defendant No. 1 for non-compliance of orders dated 19.07.2023 and 10.04.2024.

2. Issue notice.

3. Defendant No. 1 who is present in Court accepts notice and seeks and is granted two weeks to file the reply.

4. Copy of the application has been handed over to Defendant No. 1 in Court.

The learned Single Judge has only issued Notice to the Appellants, which has been accepted by them and time has been sought for filing a reply. Such an order is not appealable before this Court. Moreover, the Appellants have failed to show any prejudice before this Court.

Hence, the Appeal, along with pending application, is dismissed.
