The petitioner in the instant petition prays for the following reliefs:- "(i) Grant an extension of twelve (12) months, reckoned from 29 August 2025, i.e., until 28 August 2026, under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration Act for making the final arbitral award; and (ii) Pass such further and other orders and directions as deemed proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 2.

Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 3.

With the consent of the parties, the mandate of the Arbitrator stands extended for a period of one year w.e.f. 28.08.2025. 4.

Ordered accordingly.
