This application is filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking condonation of delay of 114 days in refiling the petition. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed condoning delay of 114 days in refiling the petition. 5.

This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator by a period of 03 months.

Disputes having arisen between the parties in relation to Lease Deed dated 26.08.2016 executed between the Petitioner and the Respondent, Respondent appointed a Sole Arbitrator and proceedings commenced. It is stated in the petition that the arbitral proceedings are at the stage of final arguments and mandate of the Arbitrator has expired on 03.02.2025. 8.

Issue notice.

Mr. Gaurav Barathi, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent and on instructions, submits that Respondent has no objection to the extension of mandate of the Arbitrator.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended by a period of 04 months from 27.08.2025 and period between 04.02.2025 to 26.08.2025 is regularised. 11.

Petition is allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms along with pending application.
