By way of the present application, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 283/2018 dated 11.05.2018, registered at Police Station Mehrauli, District South Delhi, under Sections 363/342/376/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 2.

After some arguments, Mr. Mukesh Kalia, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application. However, he seeks a direction to the Trial Court to expedite the trial. 3.
