The Petitioner is a convict, and is undergoing life sentence in relation to case FIR No. 248/2010 for the offences under Sections 506/365/376(2)(g) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25/27/54 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at P.S. Dhaula Kuan.

The Petitioner seeks parole, citing urgent circumstances necessitating his release. The request is premised on the medical condition of his elder brother, who has been hospitalised due to a snake bite and requires immediate care. In this regard, the Petitioner had filed an application dated 22nd August, 2025, before the Respondent, which is pending consideration. 3.
