The respondent no.1 seeks de-sealing of the premises ordered to be sealed vide order dated 27th August, 2014 in this appeal and release of the keys thereof, in accordance with the compromise as recorded in the order dated 4th August, 2015 disposing of the appeal. 2.

The application is accompanied with an affidavit of the appellant in support thereof.

Though none appears, the application is allowed. 4.

The key lying deposited in this Court be released to the respondent no.1 and the premises which were sealed vide order dated 27th August, 2014 are hereby de-sealed.
