% 02.12.2015 Mr. Sandeep Kadayan, Patwari from the office of S.D.M, Hauz Khas has filed valuation report of the property. S.D.M concerned, who was present on the last date of hearing was required to ascertain the stamp duty payable on the impounded document. Instead of the same, he has filed the valuation report of the property.

S.D.M. concerned is directed to value the document to ascertain the stamp duty with penalty payable on the document by the plaintiff. Collector of Stamps, in facts is given 3 weeks time to comply with this order. In view of notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred.
