The present Petition has been filed by the Petitioner under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying for directing the Debt Recovery Tribunal-I, New Delhi [hereinafter referred to as "DRT-I"] to expeditiously decide the TRC NO. 2038 of 2022 captioned Rashmi Shahi vs. Punjab National Bank and Ors, which is pending for the last 05 years.

In absence of complete information, this Court does not deem it appropriate to issue any direction to the DRT-I at this stage. Hence, the Petition, along with pending applications, is dismissed. 3.

Liberty is however, granted to the Petitioner to file an appropriate application before the DRT-I in this regard. ANIL KSHETARPAL, J.
