This is the second bail application seeking grant of regular bail in proceedings emanating from FIR No. 854/2024 registered under Sections 109(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 at P.S. Outer North, Delhi.

After making some submissions, counsel for the Petitioner states that he would like to withdraw the present petition. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. The pending application is also disposed of. 4.

Once the material witnesses have been examined, the Petitioner shall be at liberty to apply for bail before the Trial Court in case, there is any material change in circumstances.
