O R D E R

% 08.07.2017 Learned tribunal vide its judgment dated 10.10.2012 awarded a compensation of Rs.1,28,917/- to the claimant/appellant along with interest @7.5% per annum from the date of filing of the petition till realisation. During negotiations the insurance company has agreed to pay an amount of Rs.75,000/- over and above the amount so awarded by the learned tribunal. The said proposal is agreed to by the appellant. The amount shall be deposited within two weeks by the insurance company before the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee lest interest @ 9% on the aforesaid amount shall be granted from the date of default. On the amount so deposited, it shall be so released to the appellant after completion of necessary

formalities.

In view of above nothing more remains to be done in this appeal, hence the appeal stands disposed of.
