It is stated by Ms Maninder Acharya, Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, that pursuant to the order dated 16th October, 2015 passed by this Court, the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) on 27th October, 2015 has disposed of the appeal filed by the Petitioner against the assessment order dated 10th March, 2014 and the Petitioner, accordingly, has no surviving grievance.
