% 30.01.2018 After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this appeal. Leave granted.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. Pending application also stands disposed of. We are, however, of the view, in the interest of the minor children to modify the impugned order dated 26th December, 2016, insofar as, it relates to the right of visitation granted to the appellant, inasmuch as, the appellant shall only be permitted to meet the minor children at the Pacific Mall, Vaishali, Ghaziabad, on every alternate Saturday between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.; in the presence of either respondent No.1 and/or 2, subject to the appellant paying maintenance, in terms of the orders of this Court dated 16.11.2017 and 20.4.2017.

Directed accordingly.

The appellant shall give three days' prior intimation to the respondents in this behalf.

The concerned Family Court at Dwarka before whom GS No. 82/2017 is pending adjudication, is requested to dispose of the same finally, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of six months from the next date of hearing i.e. 5th April, 2018, without granting any unwarranted adjournments to the parties.
