ASI Kulbhushan, who has also appeared through Video Conferencing, submits that the mother of the petitioner has made a voluntary statement to the effect that she is presently residing with her son and is not inclined to return to her daughter at this stage. He further submits that there is an ongoing property dispute between the parties, due to which she has decided to reside with her son. 3.
At this stage, the mother of the petitioner was also queried by the Court, who states that she is 65 years of age and is residing with her son out of her free will and choice. She further states that although she made efforts to resolve the property dispute with the petitioner, those efforts were unsuccessful, and accordingly, she has instituted a civil suit in Delhi. Furthermore, at present, she is also not willing to meet her daughter.

In view of the above, no further directions are required to be passed in the present petition.
