The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") to take action against the illegal and unauthorized construction carried out by respondent nos. 8 and 9 on plot measuring 125 sq. yds., Khasra No. 435, I-Block, Bhagat Singh Park, Siraspur, Delhi-110042.

Responding to the present writ petition, learned counsel appearing for the MCD has handed over documents to this Court, which are taken on record.

As per the documents handed over to the Court, Show Cause Notice with respect to unauthorized construction was issued on 23rd April, 2025, after which, subsequently a Demolition Order dated 11th July, 2025 was passed. Further, the MCD has also taken demolition action on 04th August, 2025.

Noting the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition.

However, in case of any further unauthorized construction in the property in question, the MCD shall take action, in accordance with law. 6.
Noting the aforesaid, the present writ petition, along with the pending applications, stands disposed of.
