% 12.02.2025 I.A. 3677 /2025 in CS(COMM) 133/2024 1.

The present is a joint application under Order XXIII Rule 3, read with Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ("CPC"). 2.

CS(COMM) 133/2024, had been filed on behalf of the plaintiff. The parties have agreed to amicably settle the present matter as well as the Rectification Petitions and pursuant thereto, have entered into Settlement Agreement dated 06th February, 2025, copy of which, has been placed before the Court.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties jointly submit that the suit be decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 06th February, 2025 between the parties and the Rectification Petitions be disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement.

This Court has perused the terms of the settlement and finds the same to be lawful.

The parties are held bound by the terms of the settlement. 6.

The suit is accordingly disposed of in terms of the settlement between the parties, which shall form part of the decree. 7.

The Rectification Petitions are also disposed of, in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 6th February, 2025. 9.

Accordingly, the suit as well as the Rectification Petitions, along with the pending applications, stand disposed of.
