Counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition on ground that certain incorrect documents have been filed and incorrect averments have been made.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) points out that the relocation letter, which the petitioner has referred to and stated to be filed as Annexure P-1, has in fact not been placed on record. Instead, Annexure-P-1, is the mutation/change of hands document dated 27th February 2012, and Annexure P-2 also relates to the receipt of the money which was paid for mutation/transfer charges. 3.

Counsel for petitioner relies upon the order dated 15th February 2024 passed in W.P (C) 9225/2023, titled as Ramesh Gupta v Municipal Corporation of Delhi and Anr. related to relocation letters which were issued in 2022, when the issue of relocating tehbazari vendors from Bapu Market, Chandni Chowk to Mata Sundari Road arose; however, there is nothing on record filed by petitioner which brings him within the zone of consideration as contemplated by order dated 15th February 2024.

Accordingly, petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
