The present petition has been filed seeking following relief: "i) Pass a writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ and/or directions quashing the Impugned Order bearing no. CBSE/AFF./2730851/2024 dated 05.11.2024 passed by the Respondent Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) as being completely illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and in violation of principles of natural justice."

the respondent CBSE to dispose of the review, which is pending with the respondent CBSE, after affording personal hearing. 3.

Mr.M.A. Niyazi, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent/CBSE, on instructions, submits that the review petition will be disposed of within three weeks and a personal hearing shall also be afforded to the petitioner. The statement is taken on record and the respondent shall remain bound by the same.

In view of the above, no further orders are called for in the present petition.

It is clarified that nothing has been expressed on the merits of the case.
