Mr. Bhardwaj says that a counter affidavit needs to be filed in this matter. It is also contended by Mr. Bhardwaj that there are matters pending before the Division Bench which raise identical issues. Having regard to the fact that in similar matters another Single Judge of this Court has rendered final judgments which, I am told, have not been stayed, I am inclined to stay the operation of the list of disqualified Director insofar as the petitioner is concerned. Furthermore, the respondents will also activate the DIN and DSC of the petitioners.
