The counsel submits, on instructions from the applicant, who is present in person in the court, and who, on being asked, confirms such instructions, seeks permission to withdraw these applications, he submitting for record presently that he would be moving an application for extension of time for compliance with the condition of furnishing an undertaking in terms of order dated 20.03.2018 so as to avail the benefit of extension of time granted for the eviction order to be kept in abeyance till 30th June, 2019. These applications are dismissed as withdrawn. The applicant will have the liberty to move such application, as mentioned above, for it to be considered in accordance with law. R.K.GAUBA, J.
