The present petition has been instituted by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 140/2025 registered at Police station - Hazrat Nizamuddin for the offences punishable under Sections 74/76/351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 ('BNS').

Upon issuance of notice, this Court, vide order dated 27.08.2025, directed that no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when required and extend full cooperation to the Investigating Agency. 3.
Today, the Investigating Officer, who is present in Court, submits that The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner has duly joined the investigation and has been cooperating with the Investigating Agency. It is further stated that, at this stage, the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required.

In view of the aforesaid statement made on behalf of the Investigating Agency and there being no further grievance requiring consideration in the present petition, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication.

Accordingly, the interim protection granted vide order dated 17.08.2025 is confirmed. This Court deems it appropriate to direct the IO/SHO/arresting Officer/Trial Court to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with FIR No. 140/2025 registered at Police Station - Hazrat Nizamuddin, under Sections 74/76/351(2) BNS, on furnishing personal bond to the sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand Only) with one solvent surety of the like amount to their satisfaction on the following terms and conditions: i. The petitioner shall remain available on mobile numbers, shared by him with the Police;
ii. The petitioner shall not leave the country without prior permission of the concerned Court;
iii. The petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any attempt to influence the witnesses or tamper with the evidence in any manner; iv. In case of change of residential address or contact details, the petitioner shall promptly inform the same to the concerned SHO/IO.
