These petitions have been filed by the petitioners challenging the Order dated 25.08.2025 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as 'Tribunal') in MA No.3568/2025 in O.A. No.474/2025 and MA No.4868/2024 in O.A. No.4107/2023, titled Dr Atul Pandey v. Home Affairs, by which the learned Tribunal has directed the UPSC not to hold the DPC which was scheduled to be held on 27.08.2025, for filling up the posts of DASS/GNCTDSS Cadre. 4.

Even before we could proceed to hear these petitions, the learned counsel appearing for the UPSC submits that, on receipt of the

copy of the Impugned Order from the learned Tribunal, the UPSC itself has decided to postpone the conduct of the DPC. 5.

We further find that the OAs have been directed to be listed before the learned Tribunal on 03.09.2025 'high on the board'. We, therefore, do not deem it appropriate to entertain these petitions at this stage. The learned Tribunal is requested to hear the OAs finally on 03.09.2025, when they are already listed before it. 6.

The petitions, along with the pending applications, are disposed of in the above terms and without prejudice to the rights and contentions of either of the parties.
